The JackJaw308 is the fast, easy and safe way to pull small tent stakes that have been left at least 4 inches above ground and pull utility ground rods. This model is the same as the JackJaw301 tent stake puller with a slightly smaller opening to accommodate stakes from 3/16” - 1” wide. The JackJaw tent stake puller features a sturdy steel 29" tall frame that helps guide the stakes as they are being extracted. It's 36" long handle linked to case hardened cam shaped jaws, generates a 16 to 1 mechanical advantage on the stake. That is, when the operator pushes down on the handle with 100lbs, the unit produces an upward force of 1600 lbs on the stake! The pulling force is aligned with the stake shaft, making it easier to pull and does not bend or damage the stake. Tilted stakes? No problem! Just lean the JackJaw to align with the stake. Since the unit operates by pushing down with the operator's weight, it prevents back strain and injury. This tremendous leverage prevents operator back injuries. Because it helps eliminate back injuries, it may also help you lower your worker's compensation EMR, and save you money. Stake Width/Grip Range is 3/16" to 1"
